- Access to charging stations

- Maintenance services
3. User Obligations
Users of RAYS Charging services agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Follow safety protocols at charging stations
- Use equipment as intended
- Report any issues or malfunctions promptly
4. Pricing and Payment
Current pricing for charging services is available through our fleet portal. Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to modify pricing with appropriate notice to users.
5. Liability
RAYS Charging maintains high standards of service but is not liable for:
- Interruptions in service due to maintenance or technical issues
- Damage resulting from improper use of equipment
- Indirect or consequential losses
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
